You must have a large monitor or something because that’s not what I can see…. nor do I have as many tabs across the top as you have. All I see is light grey section where the item is listed…. if the download box is there, it’s off of my screen. My eye sight is not as good as yours and I made sure IT set my computer up so I can easily read things without straining.

There is no download button, instead it says “This item has been removed by either staff or the author and is no longer available. Contact support for more details.”

But we never received a notification about this item being removed. Only when we went to redownload the item did we notice it was not available for download.

^ Allowing multiple downloads is a courtesy that most online retailers don’t extend at all. And I guess my question to anyone buying anything here would be, why would you buy something and not download it right away? And why would you expect Envato to serve as your backup for purchased files you maybe have downloaded and lost? That’s what Google Drive is for.

unfortunately you will not receive a notification when an item is removed.

Right top corner in Downloads…
“Download Immediately You should download your purchases immediately as items may be removed from time to time.” Btw. I have few items that I purchased and they are removed few months later. Only option is to contact support or author.

sigh...Even right now, their system is STILL insecure (although, it isn’t /as/ bad as what I discovered before). I’ll let them find it.

If they don’t sort their act out, they are going to get hacked, yet again.

haha, dawnguard does look awesome indeed. Too bad I don’t play Skyrim much

Since it doesn’t look like there’s anything I can do to convince you to talk to Support rather than continue to encourage hacking on the forums, I have to lock this thread down. We certainly want to make everything as secure as we can, but there comes a point where it becomes more about drama and grandstanding than being actually helpful to our community. Thanks.
