API - ip ban?

Hi, I am developing the final version (I think) of my iFlashDen app now it will be called iEnvato and will support all of the marketplaces, I know there is a limit for 60 calls per our for one IP right? I think I just got banned but I don’t know why… my question is, was my ip banned for one our or all of you have that issue right now?

Yup, had that with my app a few days ago as well. What you could do for development is just call the thing once in your browser, go to the page source and copy all the content into a .xml file. Load that file instead, and you wont be bugged with the ban

yeah I know, but I’m testing right now, I have it just running on my OS normally so it shouldn’t be banned ;P but it was for like 10 minutes but maybe that wasn’t a ban just same scheduled maintains

When did it start working again? The API lets you back in when the hour switches over, so if you got locked out at 4:47pm it would start working again at 5pm. I don’t know of any maintenance taking place 6 hours ago, so I would say you were locked out.
