Hi all. In the past two years Spansh global image has dropped a lot, due to European crisis and internal economic situation. I just wanted to share a positive thought, and another from my country, a culture that i’ve ever feel proud of and nowadays seems to be loosing all the good things we had.

I was just on a short vacation in Valencia and loved it. Some great modern architecture and the park in the old river stream is just amazing
. Eh that image has lots to do with general media overreaction. I was also on Canary islands earlier this year and had no bad experiences whatsoever either.
They forgot to mention the high level of human rights Spain supports. My dream is to get out of this dumphole I currently live in and go live in Spain.

@aleluja: we used to live in the same country and things are going straight down here also, especially politically wise, it’s really getting unbearable.
Yup, and it’s only going rapidly down. Economics as well, I know a lot of people that have graduated on various universities and working in stores/kiosks/shops. Can’t wait to graduate and go away from here, only 2 and a half years more :s

Anyways, that was really informative.
So, it’s more from the country that has that language from the soap operas, the bull fights and this building:

That thing is gives me the creeps every time I see it!
I have visited Spain couple of times in a last two years. The Crisis is there to stay for some time, but as a tourist, even for a long time staying in Spain, it is nothing. I Need Spain!

Crisis benefits tourism, except for security issues on main cities. Prices are dropping, so people can take more for less price. But is not a good trend.
@wicked, that’s the Sagrada Familia (Barcelona, meant Sacred family), not the best work (in fact, he didn’t built it on life) of a genius architect, Antonio Gaudi, one of the most innovative ones in the whole world.
