Hello all!
With the recent queue backlog I’m sure you’re all now sick and tired of rejection questions from people like me! 
I uploaded a business card, and it got rejected with the generic reason:
This File Did Not Meet Our Criteria
Unfortunately this file does not meet GraphicRiver’s strict aesthetic guidelines and cannot be approved.
I am not entirely sure why it was rejected so I’d appreciate any enlightenment.

If you didn´t get any more information within the mail make sure to contact support about this issue

Reply to the e-mail and use the contact support at the side of the page. Just make a note to the support team about the previous Ticket ID you got for responding to the mail. This time you won´t have to do it, I´ve already notified Support about this
If you still need feedback, respond to the e-mail you got and it gets forwarded to the reviewer himself

Hi Shaktal.
In my opinion your business card is too simple. You wanted to aim to a minimalistic design I suppose, but the card actually looks simple. It would not take a designer long to recreate your design and the deisgn is not that professional looking. (Just an opinion, please do not feel ofended)
There is also something else. The category you are trying to upload your item to, is a category where reviewers are being specially selective in the last weeks. This is because there are too many business cards.
