I really wish FlashDen would address this issue, because right now anyone can open an account and post what they want on your file page… I wish it was only used as a support page for BUYERS only… I haven’t checked one of my pages for about a week and have just seen that someone posted links to a porno site…do we have to constantly check all of our pages for these kinda of things? Anyways I flagged the comment by badfactor… has anyone else had these kinds of posts from this user??

Hey DS. It’s not just you. Staff is aware of the adult links that were spammed in a good number of item comments. Most are already removed as they were flagged some days ago. The offending accounts have already been disabled
A few may still be lingering about for those not checking their comments every few days. If anyone sees more of them, please flag them or for quicker results, you can email me adrienAtEnvatoDotCom and I’ll get rid of that right away.

I have seen a same user posting spammed links on multiple items. Once it was reported to support, I hope the staff has a way to go through all the comments made by that user and delete everything.
(Poor DS, he should go through atleast 64×2 pages :D)

DS why dont you just use the comments feed, so you wont need to check every individual page. With the amount of files, and the amount of comments you receive, I’m surprised you dont use the feed already.

If thats the case then there is no need to check every item’s page individually. All new comments will appear in list form, and anything with spam can be visited and reported.

its my own version of one of the FD apps, sorry i can`t share it as brought a file of flashden to use as the comment browser. DS was kind enough to send me a copy to base my on (after i had brought the file)
for normal rss reading i use netvibes.. i am a rss fiend with over 100 feeds
