But honestly, I did not understand how to insert the preview image and link together. The options are: Link, Photo, Video.
If I insert the picture, there is no option to enter the link. If I insert the link I can not put the photo.
It seems strange, or I’m wrong.

You can’t insert it all in one.
on video option, you can put video post. With image option you can put image & description (you can put link here if you want), and you have regular link post where you can put your item image preview by entering your item link and selecting preview image…
