Adobe, as usual, like other corporate business think that they can step on other people’s heads just because they can.
How is that the term “Flash” is a registered trademark of Adobe ?
Flash (photography) – A flash is a device used in photography that produces an instantaneous flash of artificial light (typically around 1/1000 to 1/200 of a second)[citation needed] at a color temperature of about 5500 K to help illuminate a scene.
Flash memory – Flash memory is a non-volatile computer storage that can be electrically erased and reprogrammed.
USB flash drive – A USB flash drive consists of flash memory data storage device integrated with a USB (Universal Serial Bus) 1.1 or 2.0 interface.
Flash (manufacturing) – Flash or flashing is excess material attached to a molded, forged, or cast product, which must usually be removed.
and so on… long list…
Somehow this reminds me of Microsoft suing Mike Rowe for having a software company.
Too bad for Adobe, having lots of people using a site named “FlashDen” would have been a good publicity for them.
Shame on Adobe for another stupid aggressive decision.

I first thought it’s a joke…. but it’s ridiculous… as next we have to pay taxes to Adobe for using AIR to breathe, “oh no dude, don’t say that A-word… and also not that F-word, it’s not allowed, Adobe does own those words”
hey, could be a new Promo Vid

All those actions of copyright usual words are abusive and I feel like someone is attacking my freedom of speech.
