My userneme is mardrab. My account has been disabled and i don’t know even why. I opened a support ticket a week ago but still haven’t received a reply.

My ticket ID is : VZP-771-40431

Please someone look into the issue. Thanks in advance.

2. Membership

You may only become a Member if you are 18 years or over.

You do not have an automatic entitlement to Membership and Envato may, at its sole discretion, elect to:

refuse your request to become a Member; or
once Membership is granted, suspend, terminate or restrict your Membership at any time.

Envato is not obliged to give reasons for any decision it makes to suspend, terminate or restrict your Membership or to reject your request to become a Member.

Your Membership is non-transferable.

Once Membership is granted you will only be able to access all areas of the Sites with use of the username and password you set up at the time you become a Member.

I know that Envato is not bound to give reason for disabling account but i thought envato would do that for its members. It doesn’t feel nice to know your account has been disabled and your earnings gone, especially when you don’t know the reason. Atleast i expected some response for the support ticket.
