I see that elite authors get granted access to full analytics. Wouldn’t it be best for everyone if this could be offered to everyone somehow? Even if it was a paid thing? Looking at the full data could give some great insight I would think that could help the authors better market their material. This would help both the authors and envato.

the current analytics system is almost useless. i would like to have a single screenshot in which i can see total views, items most viewed, from where the people come to see my pages and serch terms that made people land on my page. this would benefit everyone, i think… so what’s the problem!!??

I agree. I don’t know anything about the buyers at all. How do we find out more about who we are supplying to, other than that they all love Tim McMorris? ;)

Agreed. I don’t know why the full analytics are kept secret, maybe there’s a point in keeping information safe from competing websites. Or maybe the customer support would have a handful with analytics-related questions.

Ideally, elite rewards should be of the kind that by its definition it couldn’t be distributed to every author. For example getting first in line with new submissions.
