I would like to create 5 or 6 collections to organize my portfolio, using my own image covers, but I don’t know how to put the same item in more than one collection.
For example I would put the same track in Ukulele Collection and Children Themes, but from track’s page I can only bookmark it in one collection.
How do you get that 
?

No problem: You can put your track in all your collections if you like! Just go in the Item (not Edit mode), choose a collection on the right side and click “bookmark this!”. You repeat this step with any collection you like!

No way do you have too many categories, it’s really good how you’ve divided the music, they are very clear labels that would make it really easy for a buyer to get what they want!
