YES !!

But… found another bag: If there is no information for the some month at the Referral data, at the other month will not be visible information too at this page. But one has to return to the Traffic page, select another month and go to the Referral data and info will appear.

Also you can type necessary month/year in the end of analytic’s link: &period=102012 (for example september 2012 – &period=092012)
But it’s really annoying. Developers, is it hard to fix?
