if it is json, then you’ll have to download it and open it in a text editor. If it is XML , then it should show up in the browser.

How come the total number of sales is not part of the “vital” group?

Hey everyone!

Yeah if the browser is asking you to download a file, that’s OK. I use Safari 4 Beta and it just shows up in the browser, but the API is supposed to be talked to programatically, so there’s nothing that needs fixing, really. Maybe if you use FireFox it’ll render the JSON in the browser?

In regards to what should and shouldn’t be in data sets, yes, that’s feedback we need! I’ll add more sales info to the vitals for you’se all.

Today I’ll implement some more data sets, and make some suggestions of what else we can provide.

Thanks for the feedback thus far!

Some ideas:

- Total Sales - All your item (Places At The marketplace) - Comments on own Themes

What means ‘Amount’ in the recent sales? The $’s you get for that sale?

Neat! As some of you may know, I made my own Curreny Viewer a while ago, but that one has to load several pages to see everything. With this XML one, it could just load one XML , get all info fast, and done! This is giving me some great ideas! :D

EDIT : Here are some things I would like to see:
- Amount of sales (total)
- Sales worth (total)
- Amount of sales (this month)
- Sales worth (this month)
- Amount of earnings (this month)
- Average rating of user

I would love to have list of comments in my own items. There’s already the RSS , but it would be nice to have it here too. Also referrals information and recent logins would be nice to have.

And there should be some way of keeping log of the API requests, like the one that currently logs logins with IPs.
