3D Artist Magazine Opportunity

Hey guys,

We’ve had a last minute request from 3D Artist magazine who are looking for 3D models and Textures for their next magazine issue. If you are interested in giving away any of your 3DOcean 3D models or textures for use on the 3D Artist cover CD, please complete the following form immediately!

You will be credited by name in the magazine, you will be doing a huge favor for 3DOcean by raising some awareness of 3DO in an international 3D magazine, and you will also received a “Was Featured in a Magazine” badge if you don’t already have one. We are particularly looking for high quality models, perhaps cars for example, that the magazine could use, but any 3D models or textures are welcome.

We have to submit files to the magazine by the end of the weekend so this really is a last minute attempt to organize something for the magazine as per their request today. Please do not delay if you are interested!

Wow, what an AMAZING response we’ve had so far. Thank you SO much to everyone who has submitted files and authorizations. I’m truly blown away by the response. So many amazing files from so many legendary 3DOcean authors. I tell you, the issue of 3D Artist all these files appear on, what a goldmine of awesome 3DOcean files! I’ll be sure to come back to the forums and announce when the magazine is released. I will be handing out the “Was Featured in a Magazine” badges next week if you have not already got one.

Sadly, you were, I’m so sorry! The magazine contacted us late in the process and we had to get all the files packaged at very short notice. If there’s another opportunity however in the future, we have your authorization on record so we can use your file then, yay!

Hey iJatrat! I’ve been told that they will start appearing in Issue 36. The magazine decided to split up the files and will feature them on their cover disc over several issues not just one.
