Messing up with coding for too long can kill your design abilities. If you want to bring it back just forget about coding limitations and play in Photoshop. So my answer is yes, design can be learned to some degree if you have enough time for that. On the other hand it’s not easy doing designing and programming all by yourself and achieve TF standards for both.
+ seven lightyears for this
keep in mind Ben if you want to excel in design then you have to put coding aside.
You can’t beat a designer who’s focus is 100% on design when you spend 50% of your time coding and the rest designing.
This is goes for coding as well.
I suggest you read this:
http://99u.com/articles/14379/talent-isnt-fixed-and-other-mindsets-that-lead-to-greatnessand watch this:
http://vimeo.com/24715531I think, like Kriskorn said, that you can improve your skills or get the skills you don’t have to be a better designer it takes a lot of time and effort you need to put in though, nobody has born with it.
For some it will be much easier to get there and I think we refer to them by saying they are talented.
Be careful if you watch the bar to often it could go back to 10%,
I suggest not to check it for the next 2 days and it will reach the 100%

thinking about the future, since you’re an EU citizen you can open bank account in any EU country and manage part of your money via that account, have it as a safety cushion.
And even if they block access to all ATM, as a last resort you can leave the country and use your other banks money without a problem. Just have some cash at home that allows you to travel to the nearest country, in your case Turkey or Greece.

It looks like all this is done on purpose to collapse world economy and it will happen, just imagine the scale of devastation.
Exactly, done on purpose, ever heard of the Georgia Guidestones?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Georgia_Guidestones1st Guideline
Maintain humanity under 500,000,000 in perpetual balance with nature.
So to reach this, something really drastic and as you say devastating has to happen, and it will.

This gets worst and worst, (don’t get me wrong my friends, it’s a good thing that people are able to get they’re money or at least some of it for short time) but what I’m saying is all of these bailouts are just kicking the can down the road and further they kick it, worst it will get.
I’m amazed how little people know about how money and economy works. If you think EU or USA or all others will survive this mess? Ask your self how they are going to pay all this dept if they can’t even keep going with out paying anything now, how they going to pay the dept???
If you don’t know what the dept is? Just USA owns $17 TRILLION and we are not doing all that bad compare to other countries. If you don’t know how much money that is? $1 TRILLION = around 20,000 TONS of GOLD (I counted 1Oz = $1,600 amount is so big I’m not sure if my calculator know how to count). Can anyone even comprehend this? How anyone can think that this can be fixed?
If I’m wrong, please tell me how.
If you think I’m some kind of a knot case, please think what if, what if this is true? What if? What will happen when EU, US and other will go down?
If you think I’m wrong, can someone tell how all this dept will be pay’d off? Who got the money?
Not meant to offend anyone nor start political discussion.
This is a very good cartoon about how the system works:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=tGk5ioEXlIM#t=406sI think it’s very interesting and eye opener,
It’s also a story about history of money.

webTypo saidThis is the biggest joke ever, protected you say? When they will be unable to pay all the withdrawals, from where will they guarantee your money?
EU approves new bailout deal for Cyprus http://money.cnn.com/2013/03/24/news/economy/cyprus-bailout-eu?hpt=hp_t1 So it seems bank deposits under 100,000 EURO are protected now.
If I read it right from the news, then the money will come from the deposits over 100K, so they will basically plan to cut the bigger deposits to pay out the guaranteed under 100K deposits.

Most of the themes in PSD category (having 20+ pages) have average price of 10$ and do not even make up to 10 sales. So, $10×10 = $100/2 = 50$. So, I think $1000 is extremely high price.
Very bad approach to estimate the value of the designs here.
Is a top seller psd worth $ 1000 to you perhaps?
Avada for example, which sold over 300 times in the past 9 months, made $ 1500/2 $750
you still think $ 1000 would be an extremely high price for it?
FinalDestiny is right.
This doesn’t show the value of the design.
A decent design in good hands can go a long way here. Don’t let the $ 10 price tag fool you.
PSD category works also as a marketplace within marketplace, lot of designers put up their designs to find buyers or partners among ThemeForest authors, who will create the HTML/WP versions of their work, either for a fixed price or for %
A reasonable price for a decent design is somewhere between $ 1000 – $ 2000 if the designer decides to sell it for a fixed price.
Hello wiicker95!
Welcome to ThemeForest.
Why is html5 so valued here?
You already answered the question:
what do the users like the most when it comes to web templates
Let me add that you should also create responsive templates and make them retina ready as well.
This is a marketplace for the best website templates in the world, not an antique store. (Even though there are some exceptions: some designs look like they belong to the antique store, but everything for the buyers, right?)
I suggest that now you got the basic needs of the buyers, start working instead of going into lengthy discussions that doesn’t go anywhere.
As a buyer, I can’t wait to see your first item. You put the bar pretty high for yourself.
