If it was for me I wouldn’t even spend a minute on it. But when the client asks for it is a different story. I work as freelancer for an other company so I don’t have much say on this.

Also this is more common on mobile first designs. I will see if I come up with an solution tomorrow.

Already using it and works great for stylesheets. The problem is that I have a couple of JS media queries to move content around the page based on the screen size. I’m doing this using window.matchMedia and works great on recent browsers the problem is with IE9 and IE8 (as always). I’ve tried using this polyfill https://github.com/weblinc/media-match (and a few others) and cant get it to work, also tried enquirejs but no success as well, maybe I’m doing something wrong, was hopping someone could give me hint, I’ve already spend a lot of time on this, getting tired and angry :D

Hi guys,

Does any one know how to make window.matchMedia(); work on IE8, I’ve tried using https://github.com/weblinc/media-match, added the script on head tag and it still does not work, any hints?

Thanks

We built our own system from the ground up, it took me a few days but I just love being able to have full control.

It has purchase verification, markdown support with a live preview while you type, email notifications, you can subscribe to topics and more.

It’s weird because 5 mins ago we were just talking about if someone would like to use our system.

Check out screenshot of a thread here

It looks great! Simple and effective, just how I like it :) Any plans to release it to the public, maybe github so more authors/people could contribute and maintain it, or as a one time purchase.

Well, i thought about this idea before and wanted to do a script that uses the purchase code to do the following idea.

Buy Theme X and Theme Y between the period 10-20 of this month and get Theme Z for Free.

The buyer will buy both of the themes normally then go to your website and add the purchase-code of the 2 themes and then it will generate a download link for Theme Z.

I believe that wont violate envato rules as you still sell Theme X,Y and Z on envato and still u own the copyright of your theme and u can give it away to anyone you want.

what do u think of the idea guys ?

Mate you are not allowed to giveaway your themes/products if your an exclusive author, I wanted to do something similar but the answer was no!

I have no idea how it works but from what I’ve read you can become rich, I should have bought some a few months ago.
