Hii guys everytime i’m going to buy some item but i always get this error.. i already open ticket but i still not get any respon so how to buy using my paypal?

I think you can try downloading again tomorrow.

The issue was caused by using a download manager, which we highly advise against because it swarms our servers and can lock the downloads. You get 20 per day, and 50 total per item.

Send an email into support with your account info and the item in question so your downloads can be extended. Also, please don’t use a download manager in the future when downloading items

i trying to download the template zip… 3 times… 2 times i got dc… and after it i trying to using download manager… but after than… i got the template zip and this…
