The Minimum of 3 votes required for Rating, If your buyers decide to avoid rating… it won’t show.
So the rating (stars) will appear next to your track only if 3 or more buyers will rate it.

That sounds unusual. Submitting appears to be functioning correctly here. As for the message you described, perhaps (i) you are clicking the “Need help?” button instead of the “Next” button on your profile page? Or (ii) you are clicking “help” instead of the “Upload” button on the actual submission page.It appears the “Help” button is in the process of being changed.
