I noticed today that the ratings on each song, logo or sound fx appear analytically when you click on any item that has 3 or above ratings.

What i also noticed is that a lot of authors, including the top ones, have 3 star rating, 2 star rating and even 1. Seriously…1? It makes me wonder why? Customers hear exactly what they are buying. This is not a wordpress theme that something might go wrong. It’s a simple wave file that you can hear before you buy. So what is the problem?

I want to suggest if it’s possible to have the customer state the reason why he was unhappy so the author can fix the problem or at least respond to it. Maybe this way a simple misunderstanding can be resolved and a better customer/author relationship can evolve. The way it is now anyone can buy the item and give it a 1 star review for whatever reason and the author is clueless on what went wrong.

I wanted to talk about it now because i have no items with 3 ratings or above. Therefore i am not complaining about my items but i am just pointing something out that seems a bit unfair for the authors.
