Windows 7 64bit, 32gig of ram.
Go to your portfolio, select your track, click edit and use the update item and tags. Attach your new files and submit for review.
I think the only way to do this is contact support and explain your situation. You cant delete tracks and upload them again. So I think that is what you have to do.

I do use some Waves stuff, never had a problem with it so far.
My suggestion would be to try to transfer your licences to a usb stick and see if that works. That’s how I use mine.
