November was a record for us as well But December will be a lot slower with the holidays and all. The next boost will be in Januari when they all realise they haven’t bought any themes in December

We noticed a slight decrease in sales in the last few days, but overal November is bringing us lots of new customers

We use svn for everything, but with two repositories instead of one. One for the framework, and one for the actual theme files. This means we can update both of them independently

I must admit that our developer has all the know-how. I’m just learning how to use it

We use Dropbox every day. We are a team of two people plus an external developer, and we use a shared theme folder in dropbox to always work on the same files We also use it to share random files with clients and friends. It’s great to always have everything at your fingertips. There’s also a mobile app for it, so you can just open any file on your iphone or android as well.

Super stuff! Btw, we use the 100GB version (of which we use 30GB) but it depends on what you want to use it for

We’re very sorry to hear that you’re having problems with our theme. I think this possible bug is something new, my colleague is going to check this out and will get back to you tomorrow.

Lars, The process of feedback on their support site is very time consuming (48 hours) for an answer is much time on the web, and I have a request already passing of 48 hours. If clients don’t value your work then drop them asap. There’s no need to get upset if someone else does it cheaper or for free. They’ll come back if they want quality, or they won’t come back at all. Believe me, it’s your gain. Instead, invest energy in the things that matter
