Yep, I just bought my second house (sold the first one) in September. I made $100K CDN off the sale of my last house (bought rough and fixed it up), bought this house for $300K (it needs some updating too). I live with my wife and two dogs, we both work from home but her work is mostly just a hobby.

Nice one! How many of you stay there?

Wife and I, plus two dogs and a couple cats. It’s the last house we are buying so we bought it to grow in to, plus we use the rooms now for various things.

Heres a picture of the sunroom I work out of in the summer sometimes. It’s not setup as an office and the picture is from MLS before I moved in.

I just sit there with a laptop, watch the birds and squirrels play outside.

I have an actual office I will post pics of later.
