Apologies but the calculate monthly max withdrawal script was delayed this morning due to a network outage.

For the entire day, the videohive homepage is not accessible at all, while the rest of the site works fine. It’s not accessible directly, nor from the top marketplace links.

Hi MarkoRadak,

This was caused by the combined forces of a item without a video preview being made the featured file and a AB test for a change to how we display the video previews which broke if there was no video preview…

The offending featured file was removed and the videohive homepage should be working fine for everyone now.

Same here. For me all marketplace’s home pages are not working for a long time, about a year I think.

Hi Dorde,

I believe I’ve fixed your problem. There was an issue with some of the authors that you followed which was causing the home page to time out for you.

It should be OK now, although it might take a while for the recent items from authors you follow to recache.

I’m looking into the other issues now.

I tried captcha 20 times to log in Graphicriver but nothing, then I opened my Photodune account and I was in without any captcha. I use Chrome.

in chrome too, was logged out, logged back in fine, no captcha or anything.
CAPTCHA has been removed for quite some time now, thankfully.
Nope, still there for me.

We haven’t removed CAPTCHA but we have been actively improving the sign in process recently so that CAPTCHA is required less frequently.

About 2 months ago about 75% of users were seeing CAPTCHA when they logged in, we’re now down to about 25% of users seeing CAPTCHA when they log in and that percentage will continue to drop over the next couple of months.

I haven’t been able to replicate the problem so it might just be a bit of a hicup after the session changes.

If any one else is running into the same issue. Try clearing the cookies and restarting the browser. If it’s still happening let us know asap!
