+1 my balance is the still same as last month and had auto withdrawals on. If we can get an official reply that we WILL be receiving our earnings on the 15th, that would be much appreciated. Im sure envato knows how much we rely on our monthly income.

All my items still seem to be the screenshots preview if you hit the preview image…? Did I misunderstand, I thought it was reverted back to the live demo clicking the preview image.

@pebas in the future tell your “this kind of client” they can always buy cheaper themes elsewhere.

Yes we can do a million things really, anything, we just can’t avoid 1 star rating which is result of refused blackmail. :)

I found your reply “We are unable to help you with customization. Thanks for purchase.” a bit more unconcerned. .... You can twist this in your own words and write. Such polite and concerned approach can do the trick sometimes. :D

We respond like that on above direct blackmail request, why you missed to read it or to post it here? You pulled our respond from contest of buyer question and request which was classic blackmail. :)

We leave polite approach to authors who have time to deal with blackmails in polite way and use tips & tricks like magicians for things which should be clear and inline with ‘Community Guidelines’ which is some of only justice we have here to rely on.

Anyway we going slowly away from topic, so question is:

Why ‘Community Guidelines’ do not have any system of protection against blackmails? Why we can’t get satisfaction in ratings removal or anything, for such obvious blackmailing?
After support pack thing goes live, the rating system will also change.

Support pack maybe will never go live so what your answer means exactly? :) Do you know a date maybe or where did you get that information?
