Also in the main page when you choose After effects project… nothing happens. I think Cyzer is right….. this is the end…..

Yep, definitely the apocalypse. :)

Some of items and some of portfolios gives page not found.

Portfolio is a mess.

Someone is doing some changes or….... the end has started.
Can you give some particular examples so we can look into them?
Sorting items by sales, date, title not working…

Sorry, I meant examples of particular items and portfolios giving page not found.

Hi folks.

Yep, this may well be related to our upgrade. We’ll have a look at it shortly.

Thanks for letting us know!

Yep. We’d just spotted that one ourselves. :) We’re looking into it.

I HATE to bring this up, but…

I’ve just been logged out, and had to re log in, and then asked to change my password.

How exactly does it know that my password is weak? Is this based on time since it was last updated, or by actual strength of the password. If it’s by the strength of the password, how can it know it’s weak without 2 way encryption or storing of plain text passwords?

You have a good point there, unless it does a one off check on login.

That’s exactly what it does. We store passwords hashed, so we can’t decrypt them.

Seriously, that’s a lot of shaved heads in a small group :D

Yeah, we base our hiring decisions primarily on height and baldness. :)

Hi MicrostockMan,

Currently 3docean is running on the new search engine, and we’re starting to work our way through the other sites.

I haven’t got an ETA for when it’ll all be done. Not surprisingly, we have a lot of competing priorities! We are working on it though.

This should be fixed now (although it may take a little while to appear on some marketplaces while the caches clear.)

Sorry! We just plain dropped the ball on this one. We were trying to fix another bug, and didn’t test the way we usually do. I’ve now added some automated tests around it to make sure it doesn’t happen again.

Hi folks,

Some of you may be seeing broken thumbnails and previews for some items at the moment, depending on where in the world you are.

I’ve just spent a couple of hours digging into this, and it seems it’s a problem with Amazon S3, which we use to host images.

Other Amazon customers are seeing the same problem, and Amazon is aware of the issue. We’ve raised our particular issue with them, and are awaiting a response.

In the meantime, sorry for the hassle. Hopefully it won’t take to long to get all the correct images back in place.

Regards,
