Hi folks,
I think I found the problem. (It’s to do with unicode byte order characters before the header comment.) It should be fixed now.
Can you give it another try, and contact support if you’re still seeing a problem?
Thanks, and sorry for the hassle.
Do you all, by any chance, have ad-blocking plugins installed?
We’ve had a problem the last couple of days where ad-blocking plugins would suspend the loading of all our javascript for at least ten seconds. We’ve deployed a workaround for this now.
If you’re still having problems, please do open a support ticket. When you report a problem, we need a way to communicate with you to find out more details and help us track it down. The forums are really not a good place to do that.

I have not received any email yet. Please can you look into it?
Like I said, they’ll go out over the next couple of hours. I’ll keep an eye on them and make sure they’re ok.
Hi all,
We processed all the payments today, and it looks like everything went smoothly.
Some of you may not have received the email from us letting you know that your payment has gone through. Don’t panic! The queue of these emails just got a little backed up. They should all go out in the next couple of hours.

Hi folks.
Yep, this may well be related to our upgrade. We’ll have a look at it shortly.
Thanks for letting us know!
Yep. We’d just spotted that one ourselves.
We’re looking into it.

phpdude saidYou have a good point there, unless it does a one off check on login.
I HATE to bring this up, but…I’ve just been logged out, and had to re log in, and then asked to change my password.
How exactly does it know that my password is weak? Is this based on time since it was last updated, or by actual strength of the password. If it’s by the strength of the password, how can it know it’s weak without 2 way encryption or storing of plain text passwords?
That’s exactly what it does. We store passwords hashed, so we can’t decrypt them.
