Sorry about this. We’ve been redoing our licensing code under the hood, and we introduced a bug that meant license opt-outs got ignored in some cases.
We’re working on a fix right now. I’ll keep you posted.

We’re having dramas with our primary database server. We’ve got a bunch of folks working hard to stabilise it, and we’ll post more information when we feel we’ve got a handle on things.
You should definitely treat your passwords as compromised, and change them all.
It might take an attacker with that file some time to figure out the passwords from it, but it is definitely possible, even with fairly strong passwords.
In other words: don’t panic, but change your passwords. It’s much better to play it safe than take the risk.
