The problem is due to the very recent changes that Envato has made to their APIs this morning. Lucas in this same thread has shed some light on the changes, however we are working with Envato to resolve any issues. Please note that the change yesterday was only made to the edge version of the api, which is not guaranteed to remain the same (and will definitely change if we implement ideas from the other thread). If you app relies on the api to respond in a fixed way, we recommend using the frozen v1 of the api wherever possible which will continue to provide the same interface.
Clarification on the earnings issue: the api documentation incorrectly stated that one of the values it returned was the total earnings. the value being returned is actually your earnings available to withdraw, as is shown on the withdrawals page. this number will commonly mirror your balance unless you make a deposit
This has now been fixed in the docs, but the name in the json/xml will remain ‘total_earnings’ to avoid changing the v1 api
Lately I’ve been playing the DLC for fallout 3 and brutal legend on the 360. both are great games although i dont make nearly enough time to play games these days
Internet Explorer users should now be able to access the popular files pages again. sorry about that!
All marketplaces now have a new feature: you’re now able to go back in time and see what the Popular Files page looked like for any given week back as far as we have reports.
Thanks for the fantastic welcome everyone!
re: what I did before I started here. Just prior to starting I was doing some work in the belly of Australia’s most evil telco, before that I was finishing off two degrees, and before that I spent some times turning video games into flashy data visualization tools.
re: my username being available, there may possibly have been some dev voodoo involved in that, I’m not sure
