You should click “submit for approval” each time you are ready to send a proof. And the buyer should also click Request another revision (I’m not sure if this is the exact name of that button) each time they want some changes – all this in connection to the number of revisions you set for that service. When they’re happy with the job, they have to click Approve and then you should submit the final files, there’s a button to “Complete job”.

I have the same problem, every few minutes the site’s down – really annoying!

Noticed that since a couple of days one of my fun facts says You’re ranked 4309th for sales on AudioJungle I only have items on GR and TF, I never had any item on AudioJungle, so this looks like a mistake. And looking at the top authors there, my ranking is quite good, there are about 800 users after me

I’ve had a dig around and this is correct. The profile page is incorrectly including refunded sales in the sales count. I’ve let the finance devs know so they can look into it.

I never had any refunded sales, so there’s probably another reason for the sales count difference.

I got a message from a buyer asking how they could use one of my logo badges (from the Web Elements category) as a logo for a project. I had a look at the Regular & Extended licence, and both say the same at the end: You can’t use an Item in a logo, trademark, or service mark. ( and then aslo: “Looking for a logo? See our GraphicRiver logos section, which has its own license.”)

Now, there are tons of such “logo badges” items in the Web elements and Vectors categories, but, according to the licence, they can’t be used as logos?.... But they are all approved with the word “logo” in the name, so unless I’m missing something, I don’t see how this makes sense…

Is there someone who can clarify this for me? Thanks in advance
