But I do understand your point.
One thing that does bother me is when a question is asked, and the author responds with “answered in email”. Just my 2c. Hope it helps!

I am working on model photographer wordpress theme and need fashion model images, I see few authors use model photos here, can any one give me the links where I can get it?
I searched flickr but those are not good.

Badly my new theme was rejected after 2 months hard work, really I am very sad on this, at-least the author should have sent me any improvements or where the item can be improved to accept it, does the theme that much BAD !?

I solved it.
I just installed CKEditor plugin and activated and deactivated it, then my visual mode works fine with all icons.
