NO, I do not use visual composer to my themes.
As per me these type of postings are waste, they do not listen our feedback, they do what they want, we bear rating issues until they fix rating system.
Same thing happened to me for 2 themes from same buyer recently, I contacted support and they informed me that they are working on this issue, but it seems that they are not taking this as serious as we.

Appreciate the feedback . Although it’s been said before, I just wanted to re-assure everyone that we’re very conscious of the pros and cons around the way ratings are currently displayed / handled. We’ve been monitoring feedback since rating comments were made visible to Authors, and will be dedicating time to have a really good look at how this can be improved for everyone.
By now I accept it’s become a bit of a cliche, but really just wanted to reassure everyone it’s something we’re working on. More than likely there’ll be visible changes and changes to our internal policy around unfair ratings, although at this stage aren’t in a position to make guarantees or put a time frame on anything. Largely because we’re not 100% sure how a new ratings policy will tie into the Item Support plans.
I know low, unfair ratings can be really frustrating, but we honestly appreciate your patience whilst we work out the best solution for everyoneChristian
Why should we face existing (worst ) rating system until you fix it??
Why can’t you stop it and fix temporarily?
When our buyer give us 1 rating for hard working theme, then we will give your rating system -111, then how do you feel?
Drastically reduced the sales after search enhancement.
What is the use of improvements ??
