How is this possible? I re-worked the item and it shows as being held by the review team, but it is still in my upload box? Now i am worried that they only have the old one and will think i’ve just re-submitted the old one!

Exactly the same thing happens to me. Every time i want to withdraw, no matter how small i apply, they ask for verification again and again; it has happened now five times, when the first two payments went through with no problem. The bank where i am supposed to get the letter from is about 2 miles away from me but it is already a week waiting …

Apologies then for my ignorance. Could you explain why it is ‘useless’ please? I actually would be interested to know what flows through the system these days.

Does anyone have any idea of the AVERAGE number of GR items reviewed each day, and what proportion of these actually make it through to approval? It would be really interesting to have a bit of comparison to a year or two ago? If nobody knows, is it ‘confidential’ information for some reason? And if so why? Thanks.
