HI Cyzer I know you want to lock this up, but I just wanted to encourage you in that I appreciate your transparency and willingness to have people give you input into this situation. That is such a rare things these days. You are great at what you do, and I hope that this does not keep you from blessing us with more amazing projects and professionalism.
I have made that mistake a few times as well as a buyer. Sometimes as buyers, we fail to look at the details even though it was posted for all of us to see.
However, I have never asked for a refund due to the fact that it was my fault, and I should have known better. I don’t think a buyer should be asking for a refund for making an ignorant choice.
I would like to personally encourage the authors on VH that I appreciate your hard work, creative talent, and desire to get paid what you are worth. Personally, the price change was well deserved and the fact remains that like all businesses its all about the quality supply and demand.
Keep up the great work, and stay encouraged!
I am in total agreement Cyzer!! That always brought out some of the best and creative projects!
Come on Envato Team!! Let’s get creative!!!
Looks great to me!!
PS Looking forward to seeing it!
I for one am a buyer of this project. I would advice offering it as a new one. I, like many others would be willing to purchase it. You deserve to earn the money based on all the new work you have put into it.
As a long time buyer of many projects here, I tend to wonder why a project that looks good, but has a 2,3 or 4 star rating. It is almost better to have no stars than the dreaded 2,3, or 4 star rating.
I do know that in many cases it’s because the buyer was frustrated with it out of ignorance in how to work with it, or didn’t due his or her due diligence before purchasing it.
On a whole, the authors here are awesome and go out of their way to assist the buyers and make their experience a great one.
However, I do appreciate other buyers input both good and bad before I purchase it. Unfortunately the comment section doesn’t provide any real buyer experience and although nice to have, it’s often filled with congrats and encouragement from many other authors or friends.
I am not sure what the solution is, perhaps a way that only buyers who actually purchased can comment on their experience with the project and author.
Just my two cents!
