Espresso FTW !
The only lacking thing it has is SVN and anything else is just awesome. Slick interface, live sync (serious matter for me – allows me auto update both local and server on file save), color schemes and jquery/html5/wordpress/php autocomplete plugins.
I highly would suggest trying out espresso 2 kabbom (they will high probably launch the final 2.0 in a month). http://macrabbit.com/espresso/2/
I used to be a Coda lover but it’s update span is soooo long it’s now very outdated. What code editor still doesn’t have code folding anyways. Shame on panic.
Anyways, Espresso is the way to go
I always hated timthumb anyways. Got my own self cooked resizing script.
TT was useful for a while but is troubling for some people on certain hosts. And now this security issue, timthumb is as good as dead.

Told the other guy, telling you too: Cheap way to pimp your referrals, not people’s themes.
Nay to this, nay to people started to clone that same referral idea over and over.
Get original and you’ll have us on board.

No thanks we’re good.
Oops I ain’t a buyer =p
Well if it was my call I’d even drop support for IE8 as well
Welcome Travis, we’ll do our best to be the pain in the ass for ya =p
Photoshop to die and pixelmator replace it with added vector shapes and layer styles features
I had the same issue with the latest HTML conformance checker of the validator on this new theme I’m developing. I found this solution:
remove_action( 'wp_head', 'feed_links_extra', 3 ); // Display the links to the extra feeds such as category feeds
remove_action( 'wp_head', 'feed_links', 2 ); // Display the links to the general feeds: Post and Comment Feed
remove_action( 'wp_head', 'rsd_link' ); // Display the link to the Really Simple Discovery service endpoint, EditURI link
remove_action( 'wp_head', 'wlwmanifest_link' ); // Display the link to the Windows Live Writer manifest file.
remove_action( 'wp_head', 'index_rel_link' ); // index link
remove_action( 'wp_head', 'parent_post_rel_link', 10, 0 ); // prev link
remove_action( 'wp_head', 'start_post_rel_link', 10, 0 ); // start link
remove_action( 'wp_head', 'adjacent_posts_rel_link', 10, 0 ); // Display relational links for the posts adjacent to the current post.
remove_action( 'wp_head', 'wp_generator' ); // Display the XHTML generator that is generated on the wp_head hook, WP version
Not very effective for SEO and people with disabilities but at least helps the theme validate html5 in the validator for the time being, until html5 is final

PS: I also googled for it myself for hours, and found the above solution in here: http://webdesign.anmari.com/2546/wordpress-html5-validation-bad-value-for-attribute-rel/
My very first design leads back to ‘96 but too bad I lost all my old backup a couple years ago
