It never ceases to amaze me when I listen to the music created by AJ authors. There are some incredibly talented musicians on this site. You can tell that the musicians here love what they do.
My favorate track of my own happens to be my highest seller. Spanish Fly – http://audiojungle.net/item/spanish-fly/328150
It is one of my earliest track releases here on AJ. The whole song happened by complete accident. I was messing around with some keyboard and synth sounds trying to build a nice chord sound with some atmosphere. I recorded several various keyboard chords and chopped them into short loops that could be arranged in any order. I then added some echo to a few passages that I arranged and started noticing that it would be great to give the progressions an Afro-Cuban, Caribean feel. After listening to what I came up with, I started tinkering with playing leads over the keys with my Nylon String guitar.
I began playing the leads over only one progression of chords, and I played the entire solo in one single key. When I was done recording the single-key lead, I felt the song didn’t have enough motion; it didn’t take the listener on any real journey. So I decided to create some different chord progression that lead to different keys created under the solo. When I was finished, the song really had emotion, changing through different keys ranging from the minor to the major.
Anyway, there you have how Spanish Fly was created. I hope you guys like it as much as I do.

Nice! Considering you don’t have any songs that start with “O” that doesn’t bode well for October, though![]()

I just moved in to my new house in Fort Worth, Texas. I can’t wait to post a pic of my new work space once I finish setting it up. I now have a gigantic man cave/media room in which I will be setting up my in-home studio. I will finally be able to hook my digital piano up as a midi controller! It is a digital piano with a full 88 weighted keys. I am hoping to utilize it for more realistic piano and music pieces. Before, I was programming everything. Now I will be able to play the piano/key/electronic/music library parts! I just hope that I will be able to find a little free-time with my new busy work schedule at my new job. I am sure I will set up some kind of schedule for composing, writing, and recording. Anyway, hello from Fort Worth, Texas!
Congrats Phil! Keep up the great work.
Here is one that is perfect for on hold. It is very contemporary and chillout.

Nothing better than getting a laugh at the idiots out there who have so little brains that they can’t even get a job or do anything other than steal from others in order to live. It’s funny how rediculous most scams are and to realize that some people actually fall for them.
This one is a little worse than your normal scam. He isn’t just fishing for information. He is actually kind of trying to force you to give him something for a “supposed” bad situation that you are in. Kind of like trying to profit off of someone’s bad misfortune. What an arse!
This one is a little different from the example you posted, but it has a certain atmosphere that my be useful to you.
