Hey I have 6800 email support tickets over a 3 year period. I can group these by item and anonomise the data. It could be used to see things like # of tickets per buyer, delay from purchase to ticket, time to resolution, etc.. Since I do all dev and support it might be a good base point to see what one person can achieve.
When you are ready to accept this type of data please touch base and I can spend an hour or so collecting it together.
Thanks man, its working now, Do you think they will leave what ever infos you are using to obtain the progress online for us to use like this, or is it just a matter of time before they remove all of the data you need to get it working ??

I’m unsure why this is getting a negative response, I’m pretty sure this tool is just there so we can easily communicate an “Out of Office” message with our buyers. +1 from me, this is awesome!

I simply can’t get it to work at all .. I have the latest version of Chrome, tried to install it several times but nothing…
Does it show in Chrome extension list? What happens after clicking the “free” button on chrome store? Press F12 and look in console for errors. Could also be antivirus or something
