Are those support forum to external website links allowed in the item description area or not? .
Travis has already answered that, Doru: It’s allowed.doru said
Are links to my personal website in the item description allowed or not? I need clear answers about this questions.
No. It clearly states so in the Item Promotion Guidelines article:
“Do promote your personal web site(s) from your profile page, but not from your item pages.”doru saidYou’re welcome!
ok, that is perfect but this rule is absurd as by using logic we find out that forums are hosted on author website and some time that website is a competing marketplaces with envato market
You see that’s the problem of both Android and Apple fanboys (I hope you’re not one of them). By writing that product is “dumb” you’re offending the product users. IMO that’s not nice.
this needs an explanation
we start by saying I’m not an android fan, I need to use this operating system because that is available on a system that have certain characteristics I like. Android would had been a very powerful OS if google would not had dumbed down linux and cut user access from the operating system. For who don’t know android is build upon a linux kernel.
Actually, you can just install linux on your phone and you can get out of this OS prison. I will do as soon I will have some free time
Off course there are android fanboys that will fight to the death defending their OS but what I’m referring to is the hardware, a missing memory slot is a hardware thing.
But the biggest problem with your reply is that you may feel offended that I’m telling you apple hardware is not on par with the competition. Think about it. From what I know You didn’t participate in the hardware design of the phone, they didn’t call you to give approval over this and that feature, you have nothing to do with apple except buying a product or more from them. You are not dumb because they manage to convince you with cleaver tactics in giving them your money. Is not your fault.
They even succeeded in making you feel bad if someone criticize THEIR product How great is that?
So if someone feel insulted because I criticize a piece of hardware that they have no connection whatsoever should maybe stop and think about this absurdity.
I think the reviewer reffered to lack of motion in foreground (like some ship passing or whatever)
I work with videos, you have no idea how quick you get out of space
To be honest, I don’t .. I am using my Canon 70D for videos – It wasn’t made by Apple so it has that holy SD-card slot XDVideos on my phone are pretty much never anything else but shorts – Which I guess the phone camera was made for
no, what I’m trying to say is that I’m using the phone as an extension of my computer to carry around stuff for my work.
feel free to contact me if you want from my profile page.
In my opinion, this is actually bad design.
yes it is.
when a designer removes ALL colors from something because a percentage of viewers can’t see certain colors you know is a bad designer.
we should change the whole marketplace to use one shade of color only if we believe this is good design.
The solution was simple as I’ve already said (and still possible):
just keep the level numbers, bring back the color and badge names.
level whatever – black paw.
now it is a week that I have credited the money via paypal and I have not yet account envato! they sent me one email saying they had passed it on to another department
sorry to hear this here on forum we can’t do much especially when financial information is involved. hope you get to a solution soon
Wonder why you didn’t get the answer in 72 hours. really strange.
interesting, looking at iphone 6 plus specs page http://www.apple.com/iphone-6/specs/ it looks there is no memory card module.
so you can buy a 16gb version for $299, 16gb is low very low but you can add $100 dollars to add 48Gb of memory
a 64Gb card cost on amazon $32.99 Free shipping, that means we could had increased the 16Gb version to 80Gb for only $33
so $299 + $33 = $332 for a 80Gb model vs $399 64Gb version on sale by apple
continuing the 128Gb apple version cost $499
128Gb memory card cost 100$ on amazon, we could add this card to the 16Gb version and we get a 144Gb version for $399 (we can even add 20$ for the cost of the module that reads 128Gb external memory card)
so, that’s $419/144Gb our version vs $499/128Gb apple version
from the confusing math above you can see how apple just make you pay much more for memory than required while not providing a very important feature, the ability to switch the memory card when full.
@tomislavn I don’t know how much memory one need to have but the thing is that apple use cheap tricks to make you pay more while at the same time they have users who think they are some awesome, futuristic, innovative corporation. One can buy a iphone just because they like the design and the way he thinks people look at him or think about him but he can’t convince me that iphone is a great product.
you can’t buy because you like the image and then think the specs are great. they are not.
