designchemical saidFair point. Our current task is to improve the feature itself, to make sure we are measuring buyer ratings in the right way. There is also a whole lot of support required down the track if we expose buyer’s comments; we need the ability to moderate these if needed, so measuring that need is important.
A step closer to something more useful.I dont understand however why authors are unable to see the feedback??? You are asking for feedback on rating the products … not the new rating system or the site!
At the moment we still have a rating system that offers very little value to authors except it now frustrates many authors since they can see 1 star ratings but can do absolutely nothing about them or use the rating system to improve the products.
Thanks for the reply. I understand about exposing buyer comments and appreciate that you are working on this aspect. Once complete this could be an excellent tool for authors.
I look forward to further developments with the system.

Great feature but in my opinion you really need to have a complete rating system (i.e. comments/feedback options) before you start pushing for ratings. From what I can gather from other threads on this issue you haven’t yet completed development of the system.
Hi,
It’s a one time payment, which includes any future updates to the plugin.

+1 The BEST game ever!
Definitely a big plus for the marketplace … thank you!
So far nobody has refused so not sure what I would do. However, unless you already know the possible reasons for the problem I would suggest that it’s not feasible to provide effective support if they wont give admin access – especially if the problem is related to your plugin clashing with either their theme or another plugin.
What you could do in this case is ask them to try disabling other plugins one by one or even switch temporarily to the default wordpress theme in order to narrow down the cause – although this is probably more disruptive than giving you admin access!
Request admin access … so far nobody has had a problem giving it unless they are developing it locally obviously.
