Hey everyone!

Today we’re releasing two new features – rating reminder emails and a brand new email settings panel.

Starting from today, all purchases will be followed up with an email a week later reminding the buyer to go back and leave a rating for the item. We noticed that most items have very few ratings relative to their sales count, so this will help make sure more buyers remember to go back and rate their purchases after they’ve had a chance to try them out.

We also took this opportunity to consolidate our email settings. We’ve always allowed our users to choose which emails they’d like to receive, but previously these checkboxes were scattered all over the place. The new email settings page should make it easier to see exactly what you’ve chosen to receive.

Hi folks, we’ve made some changes to the downloads page. The main driver was to provide an additional download link that only contains the installable WordPress theme zip file. We were also able to clean-up a little bit of the visual clutter that’s accumulated

Hey 3DOcean-ers!

Just a quick heads up that 3DOcean will be unavailable for a brief maintenance period at 11.30 am AEST (about an hour and a half from now). This maintenance should only take 30 minutes or so. The other marketplaces will not be affected.

We’re sorry if this causes any problems for you, but we’ll try to make the maintenance period as short as we possibly can!

I’ve tweaked the mailer so that it now sends out emails with a Reply-To header.

That website is owned by envato and probably was maintained by the same developer team as those who build&support this marketplace. Correct me if I’m wrong on this.
