It doesn’t really matter. If you create a lot of items and upload them with consistent timing between them, they will get accepted with that spacing between them. So if you have 3 items and you upload one today, one tomorrow and one the day after tomorrow then they will get accepted consistently with one day between them which is better then all at once because they will keep your brand on the front page 3 days in a row instead of 1 day, creating more expossure for you.
If you rely on Envato income for your vacations, you should plan them ahead of time up to 3 months (depending on your items turnaround).
If you have a smartphone or a tablet you can cash in your earnings even when on vacations, that’s the beauty of Envato.
While it seems a bit weird to have blue on audioJUNGLE looking at all the marketplaces I think the new colours design speaks more to the customer, blue is more of calm, trusting colour while green on the purchase buttons is geared towards the idea of green light means go (go ahead and buy) as oppose to red nuances that tend to arrise suspicions and yellows that cause nervousness. I’m no psychologist or colour theory doctor but that’s my two cents on the matter. I do like the fact that the buy and extended licenses buttons have gotten bigger and more action oriented.

You are elite and until recently you haven’t experienced reversals because Envato took care of it for you. If you weren’t elite you would probably see things a little different, having a cut of 50% instead of 70%.
Let’s make something clear, I am NOT against refunds!
The reason I use Envato exclusively is because of the system, author’s job is to produce top quality content (that’s what he/she brings to the table) and Envato’s job is to implement their system on selling said content (that’s what Envato brings to the table). Authors get a cut from the sales for their content, if said content is faulty the author offers support and refunds which I’m perfectly ok with (even though with said system in place faulty content shouldn’t be up in the first place), If the system has a loophole it’s not the authors fault, it’s the system that is broken. Now, I am ok with the idea that it’s a very complex system problem but I am not ok with the idea that no one is even TRYING to fix it resting on the idea that oh well, such is life. We, authors, don’t know how to fix it, if we knew we’d probably all be Envato staff by now, but that’s the thing, we’re authors, our job is to offer top quality content, not to fix the system.
Now, about the opening of one’s own shop, I’m not a big fan of the if you don’t like how we do things why don’t you do it better retort and I never said it would be easy but I honestly think it wouldn’t be as hard as you imagine it, now I’m going to stop that idea here because that’s a totally different topic on it’s own that I don’t want to get into.
The only thing I want to say is that, morally, it make no sense for me to support loses of any type of scam made against envato. My “duties” are to create items for the marketplace (in my case exclusive items). I’m not obligated to deal with the buyers in any way, this is envato job. Even if I want to deal with buyers I can’t because envato hides them from me.+1 The reason I use Envato with an exclusive account instead of just opening my own store is just exactly not having to deal with this. This is the reason Envato is taking a share of the profits (and kind of a big one if you ask me) from the authors and I feel they’re starting to diss their responsibilities.
You said a “sale reversal” is not a real sale, yet my item is downloaded. From my point of view the sale was made and the marketplace failed to protect my item. Envato lost nothing, I’ve lost the item I put on the marketplace.
At this moment, any type of sale I make on envato can disappear with no warning at any time. This is really frustrating and the fact that envato have no problem announcing they don’t even investigate those issues because they cost them money is insulting.
Do you have “Item review notifications” turned on in settings? It looks to me that you have an item uploaded today on your portfolio, maybe it got accepted and your “Item review notifications” is turned off.
I’m not staff so don’t take my word as law but I think it’s possible. Altough I don’t know why would anyone do this, 2-3 accounts require 2-3 different emails and managing between that would be a huge headache and cause you a lot of confusion especially on checking your stats and requesting witdrawals every month.
It is a lot easier and practical to make different collections based on genres and make some nice designs for your profile page to redirect to those collections.
