We’ve just deployed another change for Firefox, Chrome & Opera users.
- You no longer need to “Right Click > Save As” to save files.
- Files will be saved with sensible filenames, eg
1234_author-name_item-name.mp3(no more folders full of various
This feature isn’t yet available for Safari & Internet Explorer users.
We’ve just shipped a workaround for this, you can now download the MP3 from a new button below the audio player:
Unfortunately at the moment clicking the link will open the MP3 in your browser, so you’ll need to Right Click > Save As (or just save the file when it opens in your browser window). We’re working on opening the Save File dialog automatically for you, will post here with further updates.
Thanks for your patience while we looked into it. While we still haven’t been able to reproduce the bugs, and we don’t believe they were very widespread, it was clear to us from your comments that they were real and needed fixing.
If you continue to see problems, don’t hesitate to open a support ticket. We’ll keep an eye on this thread, but Support is the most reliable way to make sure we hear about any issues.
Any news on the missing icons in Firefox and IE? I’d rather not have to switch to Chrome to see icons. Envato’s marketplaces seem to be the only websites I visit where this happens.
Hey sightsignal (and others who were having the icon problem),
We still can’t reproduce the issue on our end, so there’s going to be a bit of back & forth while we figure this one out
I’ve just shipped a version of the icon font that’s encoded differently – can you let me know if it’s made a difference for you?
Also are any of you behind a corporate firewall or proxy or anything like that?
josweb saidPlease fix my icons!!!!!!!
bensmithett saidMy icons have disappeared too! Firefox 27.0.1 – Mac -OSX – 10.6.8
Seems like quite all buttons (not only the ones from the image)
are down at the moment. [Firefox]
They worked for the last days but now i’ve the same situation as Doru already mentioned at page 59.
@Leupsi @Doru we’re having trouble reproducing this in Firefox. What OS/version are you using? Thanks
Hi josweb, doru, Leupsi & sightsignal.
I haven’t been able to reproduce this in Firefox 27 on OSX (Mavericks or Snow Leopard) or Windows – is there anyone having the problem in another browser/OS combo?
Can I get you to try disabling browser extensions & userscripts, just in case one of them is involved?
Hey all, rest assured we’re looking into this (I just found out that this particular thread existed).
As mentioned here, so far we’ve been unable to reproduce the problem to isolate & fix it.
We’ll keep investigating and keep you updated, but in the meantime I’d very much appreciate as much information about:
- your browser
- browser extensions
- operating system
& any other information you think might be helpful. I’ll be watching this thread, but feel free to open a support ticket & get the info to us a little more privately if you prefer (please refer to this post).
