Hello guys,

i have a problem with swift transactions and i was wondering if there are other italian authors that use regularly this method of payment.

Also an important thing is that i have a bank account with a bank called Fineco that have a multicurrency option that allow you to keep the US$ without changing them directly into euro when receiving the payment.

My issue in particular is related to this combination of banks i guess.

GR is dying… very slowly but dying

GR is not in the introduction phase, also it is not in the growth phase (in terms of earnings). GR is in the edge between maturity and decline.

Some decisions by the heads of Envato are making GR move faster from grwoth phase to decline phase and we all know what i’m talking about.

What made Envato successful will kill Envato, the amount of authors.

Just think. Lets say the market place grow in authors in the last 6 months a 20% (btw this is just hypothetical).

Do you really think that the earnings of the marketplace grew a 20% too? I don’t.

The % of new authors is bigger than the % of new income. This means that the same amount of money is being splited among more and more and more authors.

The marketplace is growing in authors aout of control but the earning are almost the same.

Ask any Top author like eamejia, carlos viloria etc if their new items sale as fast as they did 1 or 2 years ago.

Right now the newest mockup from Carlos Viloria is one of the best of all GR and for me it is his best item yet. Right now that mock up have 83 sales and was featured in an Envato notes. 1 or 2 years ago that mockup could have more than 300 sales in the same amoung of time and without being featured in an Envato Notes.

For me Envoto should stop accepting new auhors because and remember this words “In one and a half year it wont be PROFITABLE for a designer to sell more things in Envato, ok, at least not in GR”.

Designers will start looking for less saturated marketplaces.

Thats just what i noticed, it is my opinion, it is ok if you agree or disagree

i don’t know if your representation is correct, but definitely something is true: all my latest items do not sell “good” like they did in the past, while old items still continue to sell nicely… new items appear and disappear too fast from the first page and there is less and less attention and more and more competition between authors. I remember just 1-2 years ago when a brochure could hit 30 or more sale and be in the first page of the category, while today someone is lucky to have 10 sale. I don’t know if the startegy for GR and other market is correct, but definitely something has changed dramatically and doesn’t seem really worthy to upload new items that will easily pass un-noticed. I also feel quality standard dropped quite a lot and that is why we see so many new authors coming out from everywhere… imho…

this week is really going bad for me…actually since the bundle came out..guess why?
