Looking at the progression bar on 4 or 5 of my uploaded items and in the last 30 minutes the bar has gone from 93% – 91% – 88% – 84%.

Its not far off your design, but its more the style than the design, in experience from these kind of matters, there is nothing you can do as nothing is the actual same.

This person probably took your design as inspiration, which lets face it, on here allot of designs look the same which means allot of people on here take inspiration from others also.

Yes its fine on that section, buts its within the product description which we write the text. For some reason that does not update.

Go to your item > Edit > Put the link in the description > Save Changes.

Its not working, my is not updating, the sizes still say – Size 2.1×3.3 Inches” instead of – Size 2.0×3.5 Inches”

Hi,

I cant tell if its the Graphic River staff just doing it for kicks but today i have updating this item:

11 times, 5 of which i wrote a message asking for the reviewer to please make sure that the dimensions on both the description and the print dimensions are changed to 2.0×3.5 but for some reason, they successfully update the item without actually changing anything, they do not write any messages apart from “approved”.

What should i do?
