Let’s see BeatPort for example. You have 24 hours to download your purchased song, after that they remove it.

This is how it usually works on the net.

Summary… I tried to follow these threads in the last hour and this is how I see this:

• IndustrialThemes’ GrandMag theme was ripped off and uploaded as XY theme
• XY theme was taken down because it was a ripp off
• User ct19 says he’s the owner of WaleDesign account, the account that the XY theme was uploaded from. He also says that he bought this theme design from a guy named Dorian for $10k and he (ct19/WaleDesign) thought this design is unique and he can sell it on TF, I guess

So probably this Dorian guy copied GrandMag theme and sold it to ct19/WaleDesign for $10k, so ct19 is a victim of a big scam.

Am I correct? (Maybe not)

Same here. I just built a custom interface for a theme that’s very similar to the new default in 3.6. Guess I can just add a version check to disable it with 3.6 since it won’t be necessary.

That’s not as easy as it sounds, you’ll need to use the new functions to retrieve custom content like get_the_post_format_media(‘video’), etc.

A nice new thing to mention: if you upload your own MP4 file, it displays a built-in HTML5 video player!

It’s gonna be cool! However it’s too bad that I already created a similar from scratch for my new theme…

At least it’ll be compatible backwards when I’ll release it.

New update comes about the end of April, so theme devs be prepared!
