Yesterday I got this review along with 1 star rating.

Main reason: Other

Extra comments from the buyer: It is to expensive, my 7 years old son can make it. Not worth the money I paid.

My question is, why he bought my item if he had his 7 years old son with him. :) Perhaps his son already quit working for stupid clients :)

How hard can be to implement a system that display random items on the first page based on what one client searched and visit. For example if a customer searched for responsive WordPress he should see (if is logged in) related items based on what he searched or visit. In this way everyone will have a fair exposure.

Sales will increase only when Envato will create a separate marketplace for vectors and / or remove tons of useless items. GR is the only marketplace with 144,663 items in one category. Clients were tired sort through garbage to find something useful.
I don’t think vectors necessarily need to be made a separate marketplace, I mean they aren’t clogging up any other categories on GR. If someone is searching for flyers, they aren’t going to find a bunch of vectors are they? :D I hope not. As ever I agree 100% about removing low quality items, but I wonder when that will happen.
Yes, doesn’t clogging directly any other categories but your new uploaded item disappear in minutes from the first page and you get nearly zero exposure. On the other hand many customers search based their interest like “Christmas Design” without the word “Flyer” for example and if you search this you will find tons of vectors. I know you can filter it by flyers but as you know the first search result is highly relevant.
Maybe the best solution could be vectors and logos are made separate. I still think the main problem is that pretty much every category needs to be cleaned up so only the good or great items are left.

On every market items come and go. Trends are changing periodically. Customers are looking for new and fresh stuff. Only here you can find tons of old and dusty items. After ten years you should rename from Envato Marketplaces in Envato Museum and you can include years and months in filters and searches so customers can easily find an Iphone 3 vector mockup in 2024.

I uploaded last year 9 logos and all 9 passed in a row. I admit two of my approved logos are not so great therefore they were not sold at all in one year. I want to try a new logo but you guys are right it’s a little lottery out there. I will upload tomorrow a new logo to test my chances :)

1. Your presentation style is outdated. Look and get inspiration from ui/ux designers trend https://dribbble.com/search?q=ui+design and recreate the same style in you presentations.

2. Do not use full justify on text. Do not use more then 2 fonts.

3. Create more subtle animations. Now your slides are too heavy animated.

4. Pay more attention on details.
