The designs in ThemeForest are to be sold to [everyone], and also you must consider the living expenses in the US. If you wanted me to just create you a single PSD , I would probably say yes, but as this is not the case, no thank you.

I’m sorry but you’re going to get pretty low quality for 100-300 euros. You’re going to need to up your budget to something like $1000 to see some quality.

I was going to tell you this last night but then suddenly I derped out because the forum was being strange. Anyways, I’d make the header white like the main content with an orange active menu state, and remove the pattern from the large “Read More”.
