I guess that is the only logical explanation possible then (although he didn’t show up under registered members). Thanks
Thanks for the reply but no it doesn’t answer my question. I know the reference link worked because the click through worked. 5 minutes later he made an account and bought the item and I got the money for selling the item but in the earnings it never showed up that he even registered. I assume that something is wrong because it is already more then 3 hours ago and it still hasn’t showed up. Anyone an idea what I should do?
I just referred a friend to buy an item of mine. I looked at my earnings and the click through was registered but it doesn’t say a member registered nor that he deposited. I know he bought my item and since the click through had worked as well I was wondering if all went well? Does anyone know if this is normal and I just have to be a bit patient before it shows up?
Friendly greetings, The Pianojungle
No better or worse than last month so far. The usual few days of nothing, than a sudden flurry of sales on the same day!
I’m really wondering about this phenomenon as well. I’m always wondering if there is sometimes a lag between the sale and showing up on your balance or if it are buyers that buy multiple of your items at the same time. Anyway, sales are sales.
stardiva saidIt’s fixed now. Check again!
Seems like a good idea, but it makes absolutely no sense to me! I have trending items with zero sales. How can this be when my 2 newer tracks, which are selling well, aren’t trending?
Haha, I don’t know what has changed but now I don’t have any trending items anymore Seems there is still a lot of tweaking going on
Thanks. Really curious if it will have a big effect for aj products. Let’s hope it does
Hey fellow Jungle people,
I just noticed that there was a label over one of my track saying trending. Anyone an idea of what this means and what of effects it has. It’s the first time I see it her on AJ and I can’t seem to find a trending page or anything so I don’t really understand the concept. I’m really excited to know. I really have the feeling the Envato team is working very hard in making this place even more awesome and I want to thank them for that.
Just got a mail that my item was hard rejected. It’s the first time I have a hard rejection and I was really baffled by this one. The explanation didn’t make me much wiser so I guess I can use som objective and constructive comments
Thanks for your patience whilst your item was held for evaluation by the team. After some consideration, it was determined that this submission does not meet our commercial composition/arrangement standard and our commercial production (samples/mixing/mastering) standard, unfortunately.
I put the preview on Souncloud
Thanks in advance for your comments, The Pianojungle
This is making it very hard to time releases and maintatin visibility…
It actually doesn’t change a thing. It’s the amount of items that get uploaded that determines the exposure. It doesn’t matter if they first get in a queu for 10 days or not. I’m glad the queu is so short now that you can at least plan the release of your tracks a bit better now.
