The help file depends of what kind of item you´re selling. for example if it´s just a set of jpg backgrounds, a list of the files with name, size and other usefull info should do. But, if you´re selling more complex items such as flyers, psd action sets, mock-ups etc, you will need to create a help file with all the steps in order to make your file work.
