This is perhaps one of the sloppiest piece of code i’ve seen.

use this instead: http://code.google.com/p/php-mobile-detect/ there’s always a way around this method, but it works perfectly.

Mate, as I said, there’s nothing you can do, it’s not a wordpress theme. It’s only a set of html, css, js files.

That template is a Site Template you can’t upload it to wordpress and expect it to work.

Why would you buy a site template and expect it to be a wordpress theme ?

Sounds non-sense to me, why would I want to spend so much time re-doing the same thing just for it to be an update ?

Major software companies do this, I don’t see the point of prohibiting this.
