My apologies for the late reply. As mentioned above, within 90 days of your card’s expiration date you will be able to sign in to your online account and order a new card (free of charge). Once you order this card, your existing card will remain active – no changes will be made. As soon as the new card arrives and you activate it, our system will then automatically disable your old card and transfer all payment methods and available balances to the new card. This includes your US Payment Service – so you can continue using the same information.

We try to make the process as simple as possible, without any downtime or loss of access to your funds.

The US Payment Service is entirely optional. It will provide you with an additional US account/routing number, linked to your Payoneer card, which can be used to receive US ACH transfers from select companies (listed here: http://www.payoneer.com/USPService.aspx). It would only be relevant if you’re looking to receive payments to the card.

You can also add your Payoneer card to PayPal and use it as a payment method, just make sure that the card is activated and loaded with funds first (as they will try to charge a small amount to verify the card, and it is prepaid).

No, there is no bank account required for the Payoneer card. It is a prepaid card that is directly linked to your Envato account, so you can receive direct payments and use your card worldwide without a bank account.

You can load money to the card by receiving payments from any of our partners (such as Envato) or our US Payment Service.

I live in Egypt , can I register and order a payoneer MasterCard ? Does payoneer ship to Egypt and how much will it cost me ?

Yes, both the Payoneer card and our Global Bank Transfer Service are available to Egypt.

We ship the card to you via standard international mail, which is free of charge.

If you have multiple failed sign in attempts in a short period your online account will be temporarily disabled. It will be automatically re-enabled after a set amount of time, and it has no effect on your Payoneer account or card status.
