Patience my friend… As an audiojungle author i have to admit that you are one of my favorites in this marketplace. Even if it doesn’t sell, keep your head up and keep up the good work because your music is very inspiring.
Thanks! That’s very kind of you to say. However, the track is not mine. I do appreciate your comment very much =)

This however would be a cool thread to continue in highlighting other people’s great tracks that never saw the light of day in terms of sales.
Sounds good to me
I can’t believe this song doesn’t have any sales yet.

So I just got my latest track approved and up for sale, but my music pack is doing really well, I have sold 9 of them so far in 2 weeks and it is currently my featured file. Do you think I should change this to the new item or let things be? Do you always put your latest track as your featured item?
You already have a big banner promoting the same pack so I think having it also as the featured file is a little redundant. Have your newest track as the featured file and that way you cover both.
I figured that was probably the answer. Thanks for the help guys. =)
Hi all,
So I just got a message from a client who purchased a regular license for one of my songs. She wrote lyrics and a melody over the instrumental and would like me to re-arrange it into a song format.
I think I remember reading somewhere that what she wants to do (write lyrics and a melody and record it over the instrumental) is not allowed under the AJ license. But if it is allowed, which license does she need? Does it depend on whether the song will be sold or not?
Thanks for the help.

If this trend continues, the day is not far off when some authors will start offering free [favors] to sell their files.
Hilarious and so true!!!
I am still within my first year (I posted my first song late June) so I don’t have anything to compare to as far as holiday lulls and stuff. But since I started, every month has been better than the last, including over the holidays. Surprisingly January was my best month by a significant margin, both sales and profit and February is following the trend and is actually set to go even a little bit higher.
Back in October I was the Featured Authot of the Week. While that gave me a real push, the real increase in sales came afterwards. I really believe it comes down to the quality and type of material you’re writing. Try to be as objective as you possibly can and hold yourself to the highest standard possible when creating material. I don’t want to sound arrogant and I certainly have a long way to go myself but if it doesn’t sound like it was produced in a million dollar studio, don’t expect it to be a huge hit.
Hope this helps
jhunger saidThanks! I’ve actually never done that. But now I’m glad I know.
From your statement page you can download a CSV file which has the exact time of purchase in the first field.
